Our refund and returns policy last 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
New items can get a full refund or be exchanged. Product cannot be opened and must be sent back in its original condition.
All used movies that are damaged can be exchanged for the same title only.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a (3) business days. We do not cover return postage. If we make a mistake on the order we will gladly cover shipping on our end. Items damaged by the post office require you to file a claim.
